Step Two

The initial doctor fee is $99 ( $134 with the Protection Plan )  This must be paid to MI420Doc.com before patient intake begins.

The state of Michigan also requires a $40 payment.  This must be paid using the state of Michigan’s online portal, a link to which will be provided after the initial doctor fee is paid, and after your patient information is collected.

Payments must be made electronically, and will total all together $139 without Protection Plan, and $174 with Protection Plan.

Follow up appointments are no longer required.  However, MI420Doc.com offers the follow up so you may keep a good strong relationship with the doctor.  This follow up visit must be completed approximately 6 months to 1 year from the initial visit.  If paid in advance, the visit is only $35, the standard rate for the follow up is $75.

An MOS Protection Plan not only covers the follow up but also ensures that if for any reason, you need the doctor as a witness in court he will be available.  In the event that you need the Doctor to meet with an attorney or appear in any legal preceding a free of $200 per hour will be charged to the patient.  The patient agrees to pay for any expenses or fees for legal proceedings to MI420Doc.com within 30 days of the occurrence.  If opting out of the follow up, fees are double if the doctor is needed for any reason.
